A proper breakfast before an adventure in the great outdoors is the very foundation! Thanks to our new range of rice puddings you can now treat yourself to a generous dose of flavour and energy even below the summit of an eight-thousander. We cook the already creamy Arborio rice straight in milk to make it even more delicious. And because we are real sticklers for doing things properly, we did not skimp on the fruit one bit. Chemistry, on the other hand, was not invited on this trip, so no artificial nonsense – we sweeten with maple syrup or coconut sugar alone.

About the meal

Do you love the combination of sweet and sour? Then you are sure to be delighted by this pudding with raspberries and plums, rounded off with cinnamon, which gives the whole dish a pleasantly spicy touch. Not only a great breakfast, but just as easily an energy-packed snack during the climb to a demanding summit!
