210D PA

This fabric has a very tight weave and despite the lower strength of 210D is still very durable. It is resistant to tearing and abrasion, waterproof to 1500 mm, yet still lightweight.

• * D stands for denier. It indicates the weight of yarn. 600D corresponds to 600 grams per 9000 metres.
• * PES stands for polyester. PES fibres are very resistant to tearing and abrasion and absorb almost no moisture.
• * PA stands for polyamide. PA fibres are very durable and resistant to abrasion. They are also characterised by high elasticity and low weight.

This new mesh back system combines maximum ventilation, ergonomic comfort and lightweight design. The innovative hip section construction and smooth transition into the back mesh close the carrier and ensure comfortable carrying. A flexible frame construction made from permanently elastic and break-resistant spring steel gives the Aircomfort mesh back stable tension. It creates a reliable ventilation space between the rucksack and back, through which moist air can evaporate freely. Thanks to Deuter's patented 3-way ventilation system, the user perspires up to 25 %* less. The high level of flexibility of the entire construction gives the user freedom of movement.

TÜV/GS certificate

Known from household goods, tools and toys: the voluntary quality mark "GS" for manufacturers means tested safety ["Geprüfte Sicherheit" in German] in accordance with product safety law requirements. It certifies products that do not pose a hazard to the user when used correctly. Compliance is checked by independent testing bodies such as TÜV SÜD.

PFAS-free

This product contains no PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances). PFAS have water-, dirt- and grease-repellent properties, but they are persistent chemicals and harmful to humans, animals and the environment.

Instead, deuter uses durable water-repellent surface treatments (DWR) that are environmentally friendly and harmless to human and animal health and do not contain these "forever chemicals".
