HURRICANE Hybrid Chest Rig

Just as in the RAF during the Battle of Britain, our HURRICANE is the workhorse of our range. This hybrid chest rig with a split front and full-size design features rigid integrated magazine pouches for maximum weight reduction combined with partial modularity for versatility. The tight split front construction allows comfortable use in standalone mode – and keeps magazines close when attached to a plate carrier.

Specifications:

• Proprietary laser-cut laminate, Cordura® 500D and soft-shell construction
• Integrated, adjustable magazine holsters, accommodate: 8 x AR-type magazines, 4 x AK-type magazines or 4 x SR-type magazines
• Fixed external pouches: two quiet adjustable pouches, closed zip pocket and hook-and-loop flap pocket for quick access to items
• Flat internal pockets in each chest panel
• Low-profile, adjustable strap with PTT loops and attachment for additional accessories
• Reinforced carry handle incorporated into the harness construction
• Armour interface via buckles
• Communication/antenna routing
• 9 x PALS loops on the sides for radio, medical or utility pouches, horizontal PALS loops below ammunition pouches for tourniquets, pistol magazine pouches etc.
