Fenix E06R PRO is a powerful flat rechargeable flashlight that pushes the boundaries of pocket EDC models. Compared to its smaller variants (Fenix E06R and Fenix E03R V2.0) it offers not only multiple times higher output but also a unique combination of features including strobe, ultraviolet light, laser pointer and innovative controls. Despite the still compact flat design, which fits great in the pocket, it offers a high lumen output up to 1600 lumens (ANSI) and a beam distance up to 160 meters. The light is equipped with a pair of top LEDs (Luminus SST20 and SFT25) that allow switching between a cool focused (spotlight) and a neutral wide (floodlight) beam. Power is provided by a built-in high-capacity Li-Pol battery of 1650 mAh, which ensures runtime up to 111 hours in the Moonlight economy mode. Charging is handled via a modern USB-C port directly on the body of the flashlight. Fenix E06R PRO features five modes of white distance light, five modes of neutral wide light, UV light with a wavelength of 365 nm with a power of 1300 mW, a red laser (pointer) and several Breathing light modes - lighting around the switch button and in the tail cap with an intensity of 0.5 to 1 lumen, which you can use for discreet signaling or locating the flashlight. It is controlled via a side button, a distance/wide light switch and a tactical tail switch. The flashlight is supplied with a fixed clip, so you can attach it to a pocket or backpack strap. The battery charge indicator in the button is also practical. The flashlight is great for EDC and thanks to its flat shape you can keep it with you at all times without it getting in the way.

All flashlight parameters (lumen output, run time on battery, waterproofing, impact resistance and beam distance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Usage

To turn on or off the white light press and hold the main or tail button for about 0.5 seconds. The four basic output modes are then cycled by pressing the same button. Turbo mode is activated by holding the tail button for 0.8 seconds. The strobe can be activated by holding the main button for 1.2 seconds. Switch between distance and wide reflector by pressing the oval toggle switch.

UV light is turned on and off by holding the purple button on the side of the flashlight for about 0.5 seconds.

Red laser is turned on and off by holding the red button on the side of the flashlight for about 0.5 seconds.

Colored button backlight and tail light - the 3D light ring around the main button including lights in the tail cap of the flashlight can be turned on by double quickly pressing the main button when the flashlight is off. Subsequent presses of the button cycle between five functions – red blinking → blue blinking → red and blue blinking → RGB light → Aurora. The light ring is turned off again by holding the main button for 0.5 seconds.

Memory for the last set mode - When the white light is turned on the flashlight always turns on to the last selected output mode.

The control buttons can be locked to prevent accidental activation, e.g. during transport in luggage - to lock, turn off the flashlight and hold both the red and purple buttons on the side of the flashlight for 2 seconds. The flashlight will then flash to signal the lock. To unlock, hold the buttons again for 2 seconds.

Battery charge indicator - with the flashlight off briefly press the main button once, then a small LED in the button will light for three seconds. Green light indicates the battery is charged 100-85%, green blinking 85-50%, red light indicates the battery is charged 50-25% and red blinking indicates the battery is charged less than 25%. The number of available white light modes may vary depending on the current charge level.

Overheat protection - if the flashlight temperature exceeds 60 °C, the output will be automatically reduced. As soon as the temperature falls below 60 °C the output will increase again.

Low battery warning - the flashlight will gradually automatically switch to the lowest output mode and the indicator LED in the toggle button will begin to blink red.

Charging

• Connect the flashlight via the USB-C cable to a computer, a USB wall adapter or a car USB adapter. Alternatively, any mobile phone charger with a USB-C connector may be used for charging.
• During charging the indicator LED in the button lights red, after full charge it lights green.
• Charging voltage: 5 V, max charging power 5 W (5 V / 1 A).
• The flashlight can be used during charging except for turbo mode and color modes. The number of available white light modes may vary depending on the current charge level.
• The used battery does not suffer from memory effect, so the flashlight can be charged at any time.

Warning

• Do not disassemble sealed parts yourself, doing so will void the warranty.
• If the flashlight does not switch to higher output modes, or does not light up, the battery is discharged - charge the flashlight.
