A fillet knife for fishing and preparing fish right by the water. The Fox Outdoor Classic has a thin, flexible 3Cr13 steel blade that easily follows the bones and an ergonomic birch wood handle with finger guard. It comes in a riveted PVC sheath with belt loop.

Flexible filleting blade

The blade, only approx. 1.4 mm thick, flexes as you cut and follows the bones, so you can remove clean fillets from the fish without unnecessary waste. The length of approx. 16 cm suits both smaller and larger fish.

Birch handle and PVC sheath

The birch wood handle sits well in the hand, and the finger guard prevents your hand from slipping onto the edge. The riveted PVC sheath is worn on your belt and protects the blade when carrying.
