Once you press the disc, the filling immediately starts to heat up, with no batteries and no fuel. The filling of sodium acetate and water is non-toxic.

Reusable

Place the cooled warmer in boiling water for about 6 minutes and it will be ready for the next use. Let it cool down before activating it again.
