Trousers: 2 side pockets with angled entry and reinforced edges, 2 large storage thigh pockets with top entry and drawcord, 2 rear pockets fastened with press studs and 2 calf pockets suitable for example for a bandage or multi-tool and similar. The knee area contains space for knee pads. Fastening is achieved using a zip and press stud.

Shirt: The ACU Rip-Stop shirt fastening is achieved using a classic zip, which is covered by a layer with hook-and-loop fastener. The advantage is a collar with hook-and-loop fastener fastening, 2 chest flat pockets with angled entry and fastened with hook-and-loop fastener and 2 sleeve pockets covered with a flap fastened with hook-and-loop fastener. Possibility of inserting elbow pads. The shirt contains Velcro panels for attaching patches, insignia etc.

What is Rip-Stop?
Ripstop is a fabric with high strength, manufactured using a special technique. Thicker threads are woven into thin textile at intervals of 5-8mm. The advantages of ripstop fabrics lie in a very good ratio of weight to stability and in high tear strength.
Ripstop is used for hot air balloons, parachutes, boat sails, tents, rucksacks and sports clothing.
All camouflage uniforms of the American army are currently made from so-called ripstop-poplin (50% polyamide and 50% cotton).
Ripstop was developed in the USA during the Second World War.
Use:
camouflage versions can be used for airsoft, paintball and similar demanding activities. Suitable of course for forests and hiking or other, everyday outdoor activities.
