A personal first aid kit must always be in the same place on your gear and quick to pull out. The smaller MFH MOLLE IFAK attaches to a removable MOLLE carrier plate, from which you can quickly detach it by the handle. Inside you'll find slip compartments and elastic loops for bandages and medical supplies.

Quick release from the carrier plate

The pouch is held on the carrier plate by hook-and-loop and additionally secured by an adjustable safety strap. A removable red marker on the handle and a "First Aid" patch distinguish it from your other pouches.

Organised storage of medical supplies

The front hook-and-loop flap with two side zips opens wide to reveal the entire contents. Slip compartments and elastic loops keep bandages and other medical supplies in their place. The pouch is supplied empty.
