MSM or methylsulphonylmethane is a natural substance that can be found in plants, animals and humans and is used to treat various ailments.

Camphor is a terpenoid compound obtained from the wood of the camphor tree – Cinnamomum camphora – and is used to relieve muscle and joint fatigue.

It is a pale yellow, aromatic oily liquid that acts as a natural anaesthetic and local antiseptic. It can be obtained from some essential oils, such as clove oil, nutmeg, cinnamon, basil and bay leaf.

Use:
Gently massage the preparation into the affected area a maximum of 2 times daily. Wash your hands thoroughly after use.
