Anatomically shaped BIKE + insoles are developed specifically for cycling. By supporting both the longitudinal and transverse arch of the foot, they stabilise and maintain the feet in the correct position for better energy transfer to the pedal, and help distribute pressure evenly when pedalling. The shock-absorbing material under the ball of the foot dampens vibrations from the pedals. The insoles help prevent inflammation of the tendons, pathological changes to the joints and may help resolve sensations of burning and tingling in the feet. The antibacterial surface allows comfortable barefoot pedalling, which will be particularly appreciated by triathletes.
