COMPACT MULTIFUNCTIONAL TOOL FOR EDC Five tools: nail opener blade, SOG combination lever pliers with coil spring, bottle opener, tweezers and wire cutters. All of this makes Aegis MT a tool you will reach for whenever you are outdoors and on the move. Auxiliary blade for opening knives Use this 50 mm long auxiliary blade for very fine work, such as cutting small cable cords. Thanks to the tool's construction, it is easy to manipulate. It is made from CRYO 440 stainless steel. Its perfect balance between excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance makes it ideal material for this type of blade. PLIERS HANDLE ATTACHMENT The pivot points of the pliers joint are toothed, which creates greater handle lift in relation to pliers movement. They offer double the cutting and gripping force compared with standard pliers, which is an advantage especially with such a small tool. GLASS-REINFORCED NYLON HANDLE Nylon is a favoured material for knife handles for its exceptional strength, resistance to impact damage, chemical inertness and stability at high temperatures. The material is non-toxic, is non-volatile (does not undergo chemical reactions) and is harmless to the surrounding environment. All of these properties are improved by adding glass fibres to nylon, creating a new material, glass-reinforced nylon (GRN).
