The handle construction intuitively guides your fingers into the optimal position when putting it on and provides a secure grip during use. You thread your index finger through the eye of the Rapid knife and with a simple and intuitive pull, you quickly release the cutting blade from the small sheath. Manufactured as a fully-fledged tool with an aluminium finger ring. The outer surfaces of the ring, designed to support the fingers, have a non-slip structure and the body is made from GRN material. Simply thread your index finger through the eye and pull to release the cutting blade from the sheath. On the sheath eye there is also a small steel spike for breaking car windows. GRN HAND Nylon is a popular material for knife handles for its exceptional strength, resistance to impact damage, chemical inertness and stability at high temperatures. The material is non-toxic, is not volatile (does not undergo chemical reactions) and is harmless to the surrounding environment. All these properties are improved by adding glass fibres to the nylon, creating a new material, glass-reinforced nylon (GRN).
